ADAM REVELLI started his professional career as a high school teacher, teaching US history and coaching football and track and field. Adam “retired” from his first career to pursue a career in the law. Adam has practiced law for eight years, focusing on civil litigation and transactional matters in the corporate/business and estate planning practice areas. Adam represents a variety of clients in these areas, including various local, national and multinational business entities, financial institutions, partners, shareholders, corporate executives, directors, trustees, personal representatives, trust and/or estate beneficiaries, and other individuals seeking favorable outcomes in life and through the law.

David Read practices law in Utah at the law firm of Read & Read, LLC (2012 – current). David also serves as an associate professor of law and ethics at the Goddard School of Business at Weber State University. He served as a founding editor-in-chief of the Utah Journal of Family Law (2010 to 2015) and maintains an extensive practice representing clients in all matter of family law disputes–regular, routine, and novel. David also served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Legal Studies Education, a publication of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business (2013 to 2020).

JASON R. PERRY is a corporate attorney with Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He represents clients in a variety of transactional matters, including general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and intellectual property transactions. Jason graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah with highest honors and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Following graduation Jason clerked for the Honorable Paige Petersen of the Utah Supreme Court. Prior to law school, Jason received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University and worked as a structural engineer.
